I used them and won 0.00098874 BTC. In order for this bonus to be credited to your real balance, you need to make a deposit and wager it 25 times in slots only. I didn’t bother with it and left the bonus. The max cashout from this bonus is $250. It remained unclear whether there is a limit on the maximum bet for wagering this bonus. The rules do not say anything about this aspect, support also cannot give a 100% correct answer.

Welcome Bonus

On the first deposit, new players can get a 100% match up to 1 BTC. The bonus is credited automatically when you make a deposit. The bonus money is on a separate balance and can be used after your real money balance has been spent. I have successfully spent my entire balance in Dice to be able to test it. 

To convert the bonus balance into real, you need to wager it 25 times. The wager is not that big, so it is quite possible to do this with a certain amount of luck. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough luck and I scored a little more than half of the required amount.

I played slots mostly because other games from not fully contribute to the wager.

But using this bonus, I had an unpleasant situation. I managed to catch the Freespins feature. On the last free spin, the game logged and I had to reload the page. Unfortunately, the free spins round and my winnings (about $5) were gone. I wrote in support and explained the situation. The manager said that when the games are restarted during the free spins round, it disappears. Most likely, this was done to prevent the possibility of leaving free spins for later when the player runs out of bonus balance.

But it all ended well. The manager explained the situation and gave me 25 Free Spins! This amount just covered my lost winnings.

I managed to collect a little over 300 tickets. I tested the casino on Friday, just as the winners are announced, but I didn’t manage to win any prize.

Daily Lottery

This lottery is held every day and is more like a classic lottery. You need to guess the order of the numbers on your ticket. You get 1 ticket for every $20 wagered or can buy them. 1 ticket costs 5 cents. The prize pool is around $12500. The lottery is provably fair. 

I managed to collect 32 tickets but wasn’t lucky to win. 

Weekly Lottery

In fact, the same lottery as the daily lottery, but with a large prize pool. More than $390k is being drawn here. A ticket can be obtained for each $50 wagered or bought for 10 cents. This lottery is also Provably Fair.

I managed to collect 13 tickets and wait for the results which will be revealed on Sunday.

Design and Usability

BitDice has a modern and simple design. The site is made in dark gray-violet colors. There is no possibility to switch to a light theme. The site is divided into understandable sections and there are no problems with navigation.

I have used the site from both mobile and laptop. All in all, everything was fine. There were no problems with the phone, but with the desktop, there were some minor difficulties.

From time to time, the site freezes, as in the example of using Free Spins for a wager. This happened both whiles using the site and while playing. To be honest, this is a little annoying. Most of all I played Dice and it was terribly slow. After placing a bet, you had to wait 2-3 seconds for the result to be displayed. Perhaps this was due to a DDoS attack on the site, which happened just during my registration.

Another issue is filtering games by providers. It doesn’t work at all on the desktop and mobile.

The website is translated into 4 languages: English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese. The site is completely translated only to English. As for the rest of the languages, the situation is strange. It gets ridiculous when one paragraph of the text is translated and the other is not. 

But in general, translations into other languages cover most of the site. Apart from the terms and conditions, they are in English only.

There is also a live chat where you communicate with other players in multiple languages.

Customer Support

I have mixed impressions of the support service. I spoke with 2 managers. One clearly answered all my questions (all the Customer Support screenshots above), but the second was perplexed by a simple question and instead of adequate answers sent random crap.
